I, Shoichi Sasaki, have stepped down from the position of President and CEO and assumed the role of Chairman of the Board.

During my 17 years as President, I have been deeply grateful for the exceptional kindness and support from all of you. As Chairman, I hope to deepen our relationships with our valued customers and business partners and continue to be of service to all of you. I kindly request your continued guidance and support, as you have done in the past.

I am pleased to announce that Mr. Manabu Aizawa, who is filled with youth and smiles, has taken over as the new President and CEO. I ask that you extend your guidance and support to him, just as you have done for me.
