Measurement Certification Business (Wastewater Analysis)

Wastewater discharged from factories, commercial facilities, and lodging establishments is subject to discharge standards, and certain water quality standards must be maintained in accordance with the Water Pollution Prevention Act and the Sewerage Law. We offer a full range of wastewater analysis services, including BOD, COD, nitrogen, phosphorus, and n-hexane extract (oil). Inspection items vary depending on the substance discharged, the amount of emissions, and the region. Please feel free to contact us for suggestions on necessary test items. We also conduct content and elution tests for industrial wastes.

Measurement Certification Business (Soot And Smoke Measurement)

We measure the concentration of air pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (Nox), sulfur oxides (Sox), and dust emitted from boilers, cold and hot water generators, and power generators. According to the Air Pollution Control Law, the need for inspections, inspection items, and frequency vary depending on the size of the facility and the type of fuel.

Measurement Certification Business (Soil Analysis)

We perform elution and content tests in accordance with the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act. Among facilities classified as specified facilities (facilities that discharge hazardous substances or sewage that may cause damage to the living environment) under the Water Pollution Prevention Act and the Sewerage Law, those that discharge specific volatile organic compounds, heavy metals, and pesticides must be investigated for soil contamination upon decommissioning.
We will propose appropriate inspection methods and inspection items according to the content of the consultation and the purpose of the inspection.

Leakage Analysis

By analyzing the water leaked from facilities, we can infer the type of water (rainwater, groundwater, tap water, domestic wastewater, or sewage). By narrowing down the type of water, the cause of leakage can be cleared up at an early stage. *We do not conduct leakage investigations. Thank you for your understanding.

Air Environment Measurement

For specified buildings, it is obligated by the Building Management Law to perform air environment measurements once every two months. As for newly completed specified buildings, they are instructed to have measurements performed once a month for about one year after completion.
In addition to inspections based on the Building Management Law, we also perform measurements to combat sick house syndrome or in accordance with standards for school environmental sanitation. We also perform falling bacteria inspections in accordance with the Entertainment Facilities Act.
