We are pleased to announce that a case study “Sewage treatment plant in Japan” has been added.
This sewage treatment plant was planning to renew its dewatering machine due to aging of the existing centrifuge.
After installation of the DW series, its’ control corresponding to concentration fluctuation enables operation with consistent dry cake production
and quality filtrate without having to change the operation settings each time the sludge concentration fluctuates.

We are pleased to announce that a case study “Plastic recycling factory in the Netherlands” has been added.
This plastic recycling factory was not dewatering their sludge at all and they had to pay very high fees to evacuate it.
Now they dewaters their sludge with VOLUTE DUO™ RVP-501 series and water content in sludge cake is 51%.

We are pleased to announce that a case study “Food factory in Japan” has been added.
VOLUTE™ can treat various sludge, not only biological and DAF sludge but also digested sludge,
which is the only one advantage that no others have.

We are pleased to announce that a case study “Confectionary and ready meal production plant in Japan” has been added.
By replacing consumables at the right time, you can use the dewatering press for an extended period
while maintaining high dewatering performance.
In addition, replacing worn parts may allow dewatering with the original performance and lower the moisture content,
thereby reducing the cost of sludge disposal as industrial waste.

We are pleased to announce that a case study “Plastic bottle recycling plant in Mexico” has been added.
This recycling plant was using a filter press to dewater sludge,
but the amount of sludge increased from the time of the installation.
A single VOLUTE™ FS-302 unit was capable of handling the throughput, eliminating the need for vacuum conveying.
