You do not need to be present at the site.

Yes. Basically, a single reservoir with two tanks can be cleaned without cutting off the water supply, but in the case of a single reservoir with a single tank, the water supply must be cut off. We will check the site before cleaning.

How often should the drainage tank be cleaned?

Buildings that are subject to the Act for Maintenance of Sanitation in Buildings are required to be cleaned once every six months. Although there is no obligation to clean any buildings that do not fall under this category, we recommend that they be cleaned regularly to prevent equipment malfunctions, odors, and pest infestations caused by deposits.
